23 years. More than 40 companies. Thousands of businesses. Tens of thousands of conversations on the road. ViaNexis wasn't conceived behind a desk. It was built from experience — and it will keep being built together with the people who move transport every day.

ViaNexis Network

It is not only the route that connects.

Stops, documents, signatures, messages, and decisions belong to the same trip flow — in time order, with permissions and a searchable event trail.

Everyday logistics challenges

When documents, signatures, and events are scattered, traceability and proof suffer.

01

Scattered documents

Trip papers in email, chat, or paper — hard to link to actual events.

02

Missing signatures

Late or missing signatures delay closure and increase dispute risk.

03

Hard-to-prove events

Pickup, delivery, pallet exchange, incident — without structured logs, hard to trace.

04

Multilingual teams

Daily message misunderstandings — original text retention and reviewed translation required.

Solution

Three pillars — one controlled system

A driver-friendly mobile flow, company operational control, and an auditable decision trail.

01

Driver-friendly app

Trips, stops, documents, signatures, and events in an offline-capable mobile UI.

02

Company control

Dispatcher overview, permissions, alerts, and document tracking in the company portal.

03

Auditable operations

Events, signatures, and decisions with a searchable log — without exaggerated security claims.

Core trip workflow

From creation to a closed package — structured steps with permission-aware access.

  1. 01

    Create trip

Pickup and delivery stops, tasks, and document requirements.

  2. 02

    Driver acceptance

Assignment, acceptance, and a controlled session start.

  3. 03

    Stops and tasks

Multiple stops, tasks, events, and damage records.

  4. 04

    Documents and signatures

Upload, sign, review — then a closed trip package.

Documents & signatures

Documents link to the trip, can be signed and reviewed, then closed into an exportable package.

  1. 01

    Upload or create

CMR, delivery note, photo, or digital template.

  2. 02

    Linking

Assigned to trip, driver, or vehicle context.

  3. 03

    Sign and review

Status flow: awaiting signature → signed → under review.

  4. 04

    Closed trip package

Exportable documents and events — an auditable summary.

Offline operation & sync

Work continues on weak networks — finalization happens after sync.

01

Local save

Driver changes are stored safely on the device.

02

Visible sync

Pending changes stay visible until connectivity returns.

03

Conflict signalling

Conflicting sources are logged — never silently overwritten.

Enterprise integrations

Connect ViaNexis to your existing systems

ViaNexis is built for provider-neutral integration with external transport and enterprise systems. ViaNexis can connect to external systems, and approved external systems can connect to ViaNexis through APIs, webhooks and connector architecture.

Companies do not necessarily need to replace their current TMS or ERP to adopt ViaNexis. ViaNexis can be introduced alongside existing systems through integration.

Integration options are available subject to the capabilities and interface provided by the external system.

Two-way connectivity

01

External systems → ViaNexis

Approved systems can send trips, stops, assignments and operational data into ViaNexis where the external interface supports it.

02

ViaNexis → External systems

ViaNexis can return execution status, delays and document metadata such as final CMR or POD events to connected systems where supported.

What this enables

01

Provider-neutral architecture

Designed so integrations follow a shared pattern instead of one-off core changes for each provider.

02

API and webhook connectivity

Structured exchange through Partner API and event webhooks for approved partners.

03

Two-way data exchange

Inbound operational data and outbound status or document events can be phased over time.

04

Sandbox technical onboarding

Validate mappings and flows in a controlled sandbox before go-live.

05

Controlled connector certification

Production rollout follows review and approval — not anonymous self-service activation.

06

Keep your core systems

Use ViaNexis for driver operations and evidence without forcing an all-or-nothing TMS replacement.

Example flows

01

TMS

A TMS can send trip, stop and assignment data into ViaNexis. ViaNexis can return execution status, delay signals and final CMR / POD metadata where the TMS interface supports it.

02

Telematics

A telematics provider can supply GPS, odometer or fuel-related transport data into ViaNexis according to the available interface.

03

Partner API / webhooks

An approved enterprise application can connect through Partner API or webhooks to exchange agreed operational events with ViaNexis.

Relevant system categories

  • TMS
  • ERP
  • Telematics
  • Tachograph / data providers
  • Routing / toll / fuel
  • WMS / yard / gate
  • Accounting
  • eCMR / eFTI
  • Other documented enterprise systems

ViaNexis uses a provider-neutral integration architecture. New documented API-based providers normally need provider-specific configuration, mapping and adapter work — not a redesign of ViaNexis core.

Partner API and webhook-based integration options are available for approved integrations.

Approved technical partners can validate integrations in a sandbox environment before production rollout. Production access remains manually approved.

Protection and control

Company and driver protection with structured documentation.

Company protection

Requirement-based documentation, auditable events, controlled access.

Driver protection

Structured process for documenting events in disputes.

Documentation backbone

Trip-linked papers and events in one system.

Auditable events

Who did what when — logged and searchable.

Responsible use

Short, important limits — details live on the legal pages.

  • ViaNexis is not a certified eFTI platform and does not promise automatic authority acceptance.
  • OCR, AI, and translation are assistive — human review is required.
  • The system does not provide legal advice.
  • It is not an emergency or SOS service.
